Video – Grading Terms

This video shows how to set up the grading terms for the High School V Planner. This video will also apply to V Planner V3.

To review the set-up:

  1. Select the quantity of grading terms, sometimes called grading periods, at the Data sheet.
  2. Select which term begins the second semester. This setting affects the split s-sheets.
  3. Set up the school calendar at the Days sheet.
  4. Go to the Terms sheet and select the beginning date for each grading term.

As briefly demonstrated in the video, if a term needs to be added, add the term at Data, but do not forget to return to the Terms sheet to select the beginning term date.
