It is my belief that all dedicated notebookers will make their own forms with their word processor. Notebooking is a creative way to approach homeschooling and making your own forms is the best way to get exactly what you need. That said, here is a tiny selection of basic notebooking forms. All of them have the same border that I used in the Cover Sheets.

Bordered Notebooking Forms

Ordinary ruled paper.

Ruled with Blank Upper Half
This is basically blank top paper.

This one has a ruled top and bottom with the middle blank for drawings or pasted images.

Two evenly spaced ruled columns

Newspaper style.. upper half has the left side ruled and the right side blank and the lower half has the left side blank and right side ruled.

One ruled column and space for Four Drawings
The basic four empty spaces with ruled lines along side for commenting on the empty spaces which, hopefully, will be filled with four nifty drawings.

Blank Yes, other than the border, this paper is completely blank. Use for drawings, pasted things with notations...etc..
