Sweetened Whipped Cream

  • Sugar


Prior to making the whipped cream, place the mixer bowl and whip in the freezer to chill. Place the cream and sugar in the chilled bowl and whip until stiff.

For 1 cup whipped cream:
Use 1/2 cup chilled heavy cream and 1 Tablespoon sugar

For 1 1/2 cups whipped cream:
Use 3/4 cup chilled heavy cream and 2 Tablespoons sugar.

For 2 cups whipped cream:
Use 1 cup chilled heavy cream and 3 Tablespoons sugar.
