Purchasing the YoungMinds cd

Purchasing the YoungMinds CD-Rom grants you a single license to use the contents of the cd-rom for your personal use only. You do not own the contents of the cd-rom and you can not redistribute or share any parts of the cd-rom except as specified in the copyright, copyright amendments, and usage.

Usage of the files on this cd-rom:

The purchaser of the Young Minds cd-rom may use, print, photocopy, or store on their own computer anything that is on this cd-rom. Usage of files must be for the purchaser, the purchaser's at-home family, and the purchaser's students. Purchaser may not print, photocopy or store electronically anything on this cd-rom for someone else or for someone else's students unless specified otherwise.

You may customize the forms for your personal use only.

It is illegal to make copies of this cd-rom.

If you sell your YoungMinds cd-rom you must delete all copies of the files of the cd-rom from your computer. If you sell your YoungMinds cd-rom you give up your rights to use the contents of the cd-rom. It is illegal to make copies of this cd-rom for any reason.

Do not share this cd-rom, instead send your friends to the website, donnayoung.org where they may try the files.

Cookbook: Permission is granted to the purchaser of this cd-rom to use these forms to build your personal cookbook and menu plans. Gifts: You may create up to three cookbook/menu planners each year to give as gifts. The gifts must be in the form of printed material. Each cookbook must be no larger than 100 pages [50 sheets printed on both sides].

Checkbook/Notebook Planner: Permission is granted to the purchaser of this cd-rom to use these forms to build your personal checkbook ledger. Gifts: You may create up to three ledgers each year to give as gifts. The gifts must be in the form of printed material. The checkbook ledger may be combined with the notebook planner forms to make a complete household planner.

Permission is not granted to give the actual pdf, htm, rtf, or doc files as gifts or loans. Permission is not granted to redistribute any of the files or printouts in any other way expect as specified by the copyright.
