This add-on is for V Planner V4, High School V Planner V4, and Lesson Planner V4 XLSX. The add-on allows you to create a csv file with up to two weeks of lesson plans for one student that can be imported into Google calendar. It is simple to use and I have added in functions to help you. The add-on will be in future V Planners XLSX and I will show you how to add it to your current V4 planner.
While I can help you with the google calendar add-in for the V Planner, I cannot help you make google calendar show on your cell phone. My assistance stops at this file.
Regarding Google Calendar, the official help pages start here: Google Calendar Help.
Regarding XLS: I do not believe that it can be added to XLS because the XLS V Planner is full, such that it will not accept additional formatting and while this add-on is plain, it contains formatting. If you use XLS, you can try adding it, but please make a copy of your V Planner before you start.
How the list of lesson plans appear on my android phone.
What a lesson plan looks like when it is opened.
Note: If you are using the V Planner only to import lesson plans into Google Calendar and not for grade records, then I suggest that you use the V Planner that is called Lesson Planner V4 or Homeschool Lesson Planner – either way, the name of the V Planner that I am suggesting has the word “Lesson” in the name.
