“Hi” written in Marshmallow
Upon seeing a mixer bowl full of white goo, my daughter asks, “What’s that?”
“Marshmallow”
“OOOOOO”
Four Squares has made homemade marshmallows. Another one of my online friends, Michelle, made marshmallows a while back. Maybe the peer pressure was building or maybe I didn’t want Four Squares to feel like she is riding the crazy train all by herself, but I made some today. Each of us used a different recipe. I used Martha Stewart’s Recipe.
This is more than 2 pounds of marshmallows, which, according to the recipe, “are best eaten within two days of their making.” I kinda doubt that we will eat them all in 2 days. [edit:I was wrong]
LOL Donna, when you make mallows, you make MALLOWS. You rock! Thanks for boarding the crazy train with me. 😀
It’s nice to see a picture of your girl – she’s so pretty! 🙂
Just so you know, I’ve been singing ever since reading this post. “I’m going off the rails on a crazy tray-ain.” I wish I could remember the rest of the words, but I’ve never been a big fan of Ozzy’s solo career. LOL
LOL, Crazy Train by Ozzy, I thought “crazy train” rang a bell. I like that song but I don’t know the words either.
“HI” Looks crazy yummy.
They are crazy yummy Sheri. They taste better than how much they make me sick after eating them. Crazy!
Oh man! Now I am really going to have to make marshmallows over here. They look great, Donna!
Yum! Your marshmallows look delicious.
Your girl looks very happy you made them 🙂
They’re gone now, aren’t they? You had so many, you could have shared.
We liked them best toasted. 😀
We ate them all and before the 2 days passed. They were sooo good!!! We should’ve tried them toasted.
We tried to toast ours, but they just melted off the sticks. 🙁 Next time we will try letting them sit for a few days before toasting them and see how that works out.
