Becky, I do not have one online, but I have a high school diploma in doc format at https://donnayoung.org/forms/planners/diploma.htm
Open the doc file in your word processor and see if a border can be added to it. In MS Word, that is done by choosing from file menu:
Format > Borders > Page Border

PERFECT! I am doing Day Care/Kindergarten for a friend`s little girl, and this is her last week. In my search for a diploma for her, I came across this one. I filled it out and printed it on a light colored, textured paper, and it looks GREAT! We`ll be giving it to her parents at her little graduation on the 31st. I know they`ll love it too!
