Fancy meals for everyday eating are not my thing and so, you will find only ordinary meals here. My idea of everyday cooking is to get it done and get out of the kitchen as fast as possible. These menus are old menus; now that my children are grown and I am older, I have a different set of menus.

Omelet, breakfast sausage, grapefruit Eggs Cheddared, sliced tomatoes Yogurt with fruit & grains added Hard-cooked eggs, toast, grapefruit
Baked oatmeal, sliced apples Scrambled eggs, muffins French toast, grapefruit Sausage and biscuits

1 Substitute oatmeal with any other hot runny breakfast food

Lunch or Dinner Fried Rice, Bean Burritos Cheeseburgers, Taco Salad Macaroni and Cheese, Fried Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuna Plate French Bread Sandwiches Steak & Onion Wraps, Steamed Potatoes Plain Potato Soup, Herbed Bread
